REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items once sold cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they have a manufacturing defect that cannot be fixed. Items that have not been opened may be eligible for return, or exchange. Please contact your sales person to check for eligibility.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect model, or defective item, etc.).
If your product is eligible for return, please consider the following before returning the product:
- Product must be returned in the same condition as when it was sold.
- Please ensure that you have the correct model before you open the product.
- Please bring the original invoice that you received with the product.
